This Peru medium roast coffee offers a balanced cup with salted caramel sweetness, silky body, and bright citrus notes. Sourced from Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in the Piura and Amazonas regions of Peru, these Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor beans are grown at 1100–1700 meters in clay mineral soil and fully washed then sun-dried for a clean, consistent flavor.
