At Patriot Coffee Supply, we stand behind the quality and freshness of every bag of coffee we sell. Because coffee is a perishable food product, we have the following return and refund policy.

Returns

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns of opened or unopened coffee products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item. Perishable foods are commonly excluded from standard return policies.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

Damaged during shipping
Defective
Incorrect
Missing items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement product
A full refund
Store credit

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with your first purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We want every customer to enjoy Patriot Coffee Supply, and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened coffee (unless defective)
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Gift cards
Clearance or final sale items

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are roasted and prepared shortly after they are placed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us. We’ll work with the shipping carrier and our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for your financial institution to process the refund.
