This Peru Decaf coffee is a medium roast with a smooth caramel and citrus tasting profile, offering full flavor without the caffeine. Grown by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in the Piura and Amazonas regions at 1100–1700 meters, it features Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor varieties grown in clay mineral soil. The beans are fully washed, sun-dried, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process.
